萃華科技自成立以來，一直注重產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)與創(chuàng)新，在產(chǎn)品研發(fā)方面投入了大量人力、物力和財力，從國內外高等院校引進了一批理論豐富和技術過硬的博士、碩士等高水平人才，建立完善的研發(fā)團隊和管理體制，并與南京工業(yè)大學，中國北京有色金屬研究院、中國賽寶實驗室等科研機構建立了長期的合作關系，提高了公司的研發(fā)實力。

研發(fā)中心專注于微電子焊接材料及化學高分子材料的開發(fā)研究，涵蓋錫膏、助焊膏、金屬合金焊料、水基清洗劑、納米金屬漿料、石墨烯材料、釬焊技術等多個范疇，研發(fā)中心實驗室配備先進的開發(fā)試驗儀器和檢測設備，并特聘多位業(yè)內知名專家做研發(fā)顧問，為企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新提供了堅實有力的技術支持。
The R&D center focuses on the development and research of microelectronics welding materials and chemical polymer materials, covering tin paste, welding paste, metal alloy solder, water-based cleaning agent, nano-metal paste, graphene material, brazing technology and other fields. The R&D center laboratory is equipped with advanced development test instruments and testing equipment, and employs many well-known experts in the industry as R & D consultants. It provides solid and powerful technical support for enterprise scientific and technological innovation.
檢測中心 Testing Center
萃華科技嚴格實施ISO9000質量管理體系、ISO14000環(huán)境管理體系及IECQ QC080000有害物質過程管理體系，擁有 現(xiàn)金的檢測分析儀器和設備。從來料生產(chǎn)制造和交貨，全過程均受到嚴格管控，從而確保產(chǎn)品質量。
CUIHUA strict implementation of iso9000 quality management system, ISO14000 environmental management system and IECQQc080000 Hazardous Substance Process Management System, owns advanced testing of equipment, from incomeing material, production processes and delivery, the whole process under strict control to ensure product quality.
